Originally from Chicago, Illinois, I have been creating art in the Tampa Bay area for the past ten years. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College - Chicago, and work in a variety of media, including acrylic, oil, oil pastel, soft pastel, charcoal, graphite, marker, and digital media. My work is characterized by a strong color palette and an undercurrent of themes that create an engaging experience for the viewer. My goal as an artist is to not only create pieces that express my point of view, but also generate thoughts and ideas in the viewer. A good piece of art should give something back to you every time you experience it.

I have been fortunate to be involved in numerous public art projects and charity art events. Many of these pieces can be viewed in the "special projects" section of this site. I also continue to work and sell privately to collectors, and have a hand in the "business" side of art as a graphic designer and Flash animator.
